Responsibilities Include:

Projecting a positive image when representing AIYA to clients and the community.
Prepare new hire offer letters and onboarding paperwork;
Monitor completion of onboarding tasks by new hires;
Monitor and review pre-employment exams to ensure completion prior to start date;
Answer the main line and HR telephone line, respond to basic inquiries, field questions and direct callers to the appropriate individual
Upload new hire documentation;
Communicate onboarding issue and orientation to new hires and managers;
Analyze exit interview results;
Assist recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates;
Employee Evaluation
Keep office area clean and tidy
Greet visitors, assess needs and provide assistance as appropriate
Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of HR files, including weekly filing of paperwork
Make copies, and keep up to date copies of forms and paperwork for both the Executive Office and Human Resources
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task.
Able to adapt to changing priorities and meet specific objectives under time constraints.
Professional communication and good interpersonal skills.
Discretion, understands the sensitive nature of confidential employee information
Assistance with Company event planning

Preferred but not required:

1+ years human resources support experience (Financial service environment preferred)
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM, and Photoshop.

Salary: 50k/year
