Help Director of Finance to monitor and manage the daily work of bookkeeper Assistant, including accounts payable, monitoring credit card expense activity reports, reconcile all of recurring month payment invoices, accounts receivable, bank deposits, monthly inventory count, order all of office supplies if necessary, etc.
